Free Shipping Policy -USA

All prices at GrowTentStore.com include shipping charges to the contiguous USA. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and any off shore US territories such as Puerto Rico. Generally, items are received within 5-10 days of placing your order depending on what warehouse your product is being shipped from and your location. Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, an order may take longer to ship up to 3 weeks in some cases, depending on your location and our inventory. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know your order status. Generally we ship all orders via UPS Ground, FedX or USPS Priority. We do however reserve the right to use any carrier for items that have Free Shipping.

Purchasing

The preferred method to purchase products on GrowTentStore.com is by using our interactive shopping cart with your credit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. However, due to regulations set in place by credit card companies, we will only ship merchandise to the billing address of the credit card used for the purchase. Exceptions to this policy can be made by returning our shipping waiver form by email to GrowTentStore@gmail.com referencing your order # or name & date of purchase. In the event the customer is unwilling to provide ID verification they will be refunded in full. These fraud prevention measures are in place to ensure privacy and protection to all of our customers.

Purchases made through our site will show up on your credit card statement as follows:
International Shipping.  Purchase confirmation and invoice will be sent via email.

Unfortunately, we only offer shipments to the United States at this time.

Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution to safely pack all boxes for shipment. Due to the possible rough handing by the carrier, all merchandise should be inspected upon receipt.
• - Make note of all visible damages on the carrier’s proof of delivery where you sign. Get a copy of the paperwork for your records. If you believe the products inside are damaged, open the box while the delivery carrier is there. If found damaged, reject the delivery and contact us as soon as possible. If you have taken delivery and made note of damages where you sign, take pictures of the boxes before opening. We will not be responsible for products that have been damaged and accepted from the carrier where damages to the boxes have not been clearly marked on the carrier's proof of delivery.For Visible Box Damage

Refused Shipments

DO NOT refuse shipments unless boxes show damage and you have verified the products inside are damaged. If you refuse a shipment due to any reason other than box damage and the boxed are returned to us we will require repayment of shipping from your order before we will reship.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns & cancellations are based on the manufacturer's policy (see below).  Please read these carefully before making your purchase. Depending on the manufacturer a re-stocking fee may apply. Please email us for authorization number and shipping address to the proper warehouse. It is the responsibility of the consumer for return shipping charges and returned items will not be accepted without proper authorization. For all other items we offer a 24hr return policy provided the product is retuned in new condition. A 25% restocking charge will be applied. A return Authorization Number and ship to address is required prior to shipping.

Lighthouse Hydro- 30 Day Money Back Guarantee- If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy from receipt for all Lighthouse Hydro products. We do not offer returns on refurbished, custom or international models, as they are special order items. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original purchase price, not including the return shipping cost. Returns must be returned in “as new” condition, inside the original packaging. Return postage or shipping costs is the responsibility of the consumer. Cancellations are only offered in the event that your item has not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, a 15% restocking fee will apply. A refund will be processed via the same method used for payment within 48hrs of receiving the returned merchandise and inspecting its condition. There are no exceptions to this policy. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original purchase price, not including the return shipping cost. Returns must be returned “in new/re-sellable condition, inside the original packaging. Products that have opened boxes are not re-sellable and therefore are not returnable. Return postage or shipping costs is the responsibility of the consumer. Cancellations are only offered in the event that your item has not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
